Notes for Samuel MASSEY

Samuel Massy of Philadelphia, Tallow chandler, wrote his will June 15, 1720 and it was proven September 26, 1720 (D:167). His will lists his children Sarah, Daniel, Wight, Elizabeth and Mary. It mentions land he owned in Baltimore and Kent Counties, Maryland, called Delph and Delphs and Bright Helmston, also a tract bought of Thomas Brocklesby. The executrix was his wife, Sarah, and the overseer was his friend Ennion Williams.
