To wife Susannah and hrs., entire estate during widowhood; shd. she marry, her thirds.
To eldest son Petrus, dwell. plan. on Island of Delaware R., “Boomtie's Hook.”
To sons Samuel and Jacobus and hrs., one-half of dwell. plan. —– equally (other half belonging to bro.-in-law Henry Sluyter). Shd. either of sd. sons die without issue, survivor to inherit portion of dec'd, paying to son Petrus £50.
To each child —–, at re-marriage of wife, an equal portion of personal estate.
Exs.: Wife Susannah and bro.-in-law Henry Sluyter.
Test: David Lawson, John Schnile, Conrad Ridder.
Codicil, 22nd Jan., 1720-1: To dau. Mary (born since drawing of will), £100 at age or marriage. Shd. son Petrus die without issue, his portion to younger bros. and sister equally.
