ABSTRACT OF WILL
FAUCETT, GEORGE. Westtown.
October 20, 1805: February 8, 1811.
To wife Isabella all real and personal estate during life.
To son Henry, after wife's decease, my plantation whereon I dwell, in Westtown, about 50 acres, he paying legacies.
To son John, £100.
To daughters Margaret Flenagan, Hannah Summerhill, Sarah Turner and Mary Bailiff, £50 each.
To daughters Rebecca Atherton and Elizabeth Harlan £40 each.
To grandsons Ebenezer, George and James Faucett £20 each.
To granddaughter Rachel Faucett, daughter of Margaret Flenagan £10.
Share of daughter Margaret to be held in trust.
Executor: Friend Peter Osborne.
Wits.: Joseph Frame, James Gamble, John Graves.
The will was contested by Thomas Bailiff but a verdict found in its favor February 8, 1811.
