Notes for Elizabeth HARPER
She served a mission During Revolutionary War in Frankford, Philadelphia, Pa.. It is well known in the family that during the Revolution that a Committee of Quaker neighbors called at the Worrell home to disuade the parents from letting their children go to War and Elizabeth Harper, the Mother, pointed to her babe in the cradle and expressed her sorrow that it was not old enough to join the Army.
