Notes for Caspar MORRIS

After serving as Resident Physician to the PA Hospital and making a voyage to India as ship's Surgeon, he began practice in Philadelphia. He was founder and manager and from 1860-1880, Vice President of the Institute for the Blind; a founder and manager of the Protestant Episcopal Hospital where a plaque was erected in his memory.
