HEWES, JOHN. Chichester.

To wife Mary tenement and tract of land in Chichester during life for maintaining and bringing up my children Christian and Jacob Hewes.
Also all that tract of land in Douglass Township, Berks County, containing 200 acres purchased of Thomas Barnard until my children attain the age of 21, with reversion to brother William's son, Aaron
Hewes and the sons of brother Samuel Hewes.
Executors: Wife Mary and Richard Dutton.
Witnesses: William Lamplugh, Samuel Lamplugh, John Power.
* Archibald Dick and wife Mary, and Richard Dutton file accounts 1764.
