Provides for wife Phebe SPEAKMAN also giving her land purchased of
Abraham JOHNSON for life. Grandchildren Esther SPEAKMAN, Nathaniel
SPEAKMAN, other part of JOHNSON tract to grandson John SPEAKMAN also
land in Birmingham bounded by Wilmington Road. Joseph MORRISON, Concord
Twp. line he to pay brothers Micajah and Nathaniel (minors) £400.
Micajah the remainder of land in Birmingham paying legacy to sister
Mary JACKSON. Son Micajah land purchased of Joseph DAVIS and Ely HARVEY,
he to pay certain moneys to wife Phebe and granddaughter Mary JACKSON.
Legacy to son Thomas. Exrs: Wife and son Micajah.
Wits: Thomas MARSHALL, Thomas SPEAKMAN and Joseph CLOUD. #251.
