Release of brother John of all sums of money owing also an annuity, brother William £500 for heirs, sister Ann JONES (the James PYOTT tract lines of same, Jonathan EVANS, Samuel KIRK and William GARRETT) and to her children William and Mary Ann JONES, nephews Samuel and Oborn LEVIS sons of sister Elizabeth the mansion, mills and tract lines of Hezekiah HUBBERD, Nathan and David SELLERS and Benjamin BRANNON subject to payment of £1000 to executors and annuity to sister Elizabeth LEVIS also a tract, lines of William GARRETT, John BROOKS and Thomas LEWIS, nephew William LEVIS son of sd. sister Elizabeth and his sisters Nancy wife of Thomas LEVIS and Mary wife of John LEVIS, nieces Margaret, Sarah and Henrietta LEVIS, daughters of sd. sister Elizabeth, Elizabeth daughter of niece Nancy LEVIS, Hannah GARRETTSON, the Elder, Lydia GARRETTSON, Charles BEVAN, Samuel GARRETT (son of Thomas), George SELLERS, daughter Lydia use of Old House, niece Margaret LEVIS. Residue to Lydia GARRETSON, Sarah LEVIS, Henrietta LEVIS and Hannah GARRETTSON the younger. Codicil of October 22, 1805 holds John responsible for debts and mentions death of Hannah GARRETTSON.
