Notes for Anne Beven PEARSON
Came to Mercer county from Philadelphia at an early day, 1806, opened a sort of industrial school. Taught sewing, embroidery in connection with ordinary subjects of English education. She died in Mercer and sleeps in the old Presbyterian graveyard. She came by horseback with her children
John Pearson Garrett and Mary Anne Garrett. according to lawrence county hx JG White 1908 p. 873
