Son Thomas to have plantation in Marple subject to certain provisions for his wife Catharine including £400 to be placed in the hands of brother Samuel POTTS, interest for her benefit.
To other children namely: Mary, Sarah, Samuel, Nathaniel and Johannah.
Legacies to sisters Sarah May and Joannah POTTS and to Providence Monthly Meeting.
Exrs: Wife Catharine and brother in law Samuel POTTS.
Wits: William PAIST, Joseph WEST and Edward FELL.
