Fraim (Santa Rosa, Calif.), Barbara M. Sparrow (Miami, Fla.), son Franklin Merritt Bernard (Austin, Texas), grandchildren, Nicole Louise Bernard, Amy Mercer Roberts Patroni and Henry (Ricky) Roberts and great-grandchildren, Grace Patroni, Brett Patroni, Kendal Roberts and Cassidy Roberts.
