April 12, 1755. Codicil: November 15, 1760. December 4, 1760.
To son William Riley £10 yearly during life to be paid by son Richard. To daughter Mary Taylor £50 and 2 large silver spoons and a gold ring. To daughter Elizabeth Riley plantation in Concord bought of Joseph Way containing 50 acres. All remaining real and personal to son Richard, who with Thomas Cummings of Chester are Executors. Witnesses: John Crawford, Adam Clayton, Hannah Crawford.
Letters to Richard Riley, the other being absent.
Codicil gives to daughter Elizabeth £180 in place of the land which had been sold.
Witnesses to Codicil: William Crabb, John Wall.
