whereon son Mordecai now lives to be sold after 3 years. To grandson David,
son of John Hayes, deceased, 5 shillings. To son David £20. To grandson
Jacob Hayes, son of Mordecai, messuage and lot in Wilmington, Delaware, with
rev. to grandson Samuel Swayne. To granddaughter Hannah Lamborn £5 at 21,
with rev. to granddaughter Rachel Swayne. To daughter Hannah Swayne £50.
Remainder to 4 children Hannah Swayne, Mordecai, Thomas and Joshua Hayes.
Mordecai to have a double share. Executor: Mordecai.Wit: William Swayne, T.
Woodward, Elizabeth Willson.
