Millicent Halsey was one of four children born to Rev. James B. Halsey and his wife Elizabeth Yarnell.

Millicent was united in marriage on June 25, 1925 in Germantown, Pennsylvania to Dr. Clarence Prentice May. Millicent and Clarence were blessed with the birth of two children during their 45 year marriage:

Millicent May Hamer
Elizabeth May Jones

Millicent passed away at the age of 100 years old, surviving her husband Clarence by 27 years.
