Mary C. Oddy, 88, of Frederick, Montgomery County, formerly of
Springtown, died Saturday, April 1, in the Frederick Mennonite Community. She was
the wife of the late G. Lewis Oddy.
She was a self-employed artist.
Born in Abington, she was a daughter of the late George Pennock and Lydia (Knight
Williams) Bassett.
She was a member of First Church of Christ Scientist, Allentown.
She was a member of the national organizations of the Garden Club and Sierra
Club.
Survivors: Daughters, Suzanne B. Riess of Berkeley, Calif., Linda Greennagel of
Arlington, Va., and two grandchildren.
Services: Private. Arrangements, C.R. Strunk Funeral Home, Quakertown.
Contributions: Hawk Mountain Sanctuary, Kempton.
