Notes for Mary Donaldson SPARKS
Mary S. "Molly" Cook Age 79 died August 31, 2001 at Seabrook Village in Tinton Falls, NJ. Born in Cincinnati, OH, Molly lived in Fair Haven, NJ for 43 years before moving to Sea-brook Village 3 years ago. She retired in 1982 after 23 years as an executive secretary for the Rumson Fair Haven High School in Rumson, NJ. She was a member of St. Georges by the River Episcopal Church in Rumson, past president of the Girl Scouts of Monmouth County, and a member of the English Speaking Union. Molly was a graduate of Middlebury College in Middlebury, VT and the Tatnall School in Wilmington, DE. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard B. Cook in 1992. Survivors include 2 daughters and sons-in-law, Mary and W. Jeffrey Kelly of Cuyahoga Falls, OH and Nancy and Douglas R. Peacock of Easton, PA. Her brother and sisters, Lee Sparks of Wilmington, DE, Eleanor Gambell of Kennebunkport, ME, Caroline Shafer of Meadeville, PA 2 grandchildren, Jennifer and Jeffrey Kelly and 2 step grandchildren, Grant and Emily Peacock also survive. There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held 11 am Thursday, September 6 at Trinity Episcopal Church.
