Governor of Delaware, 1905-09; delegate to Republican National Convention from Delaware, 1908. Quaker. Died in New Castle, New Castle County, Del., December 4, 1916. Interment at Wilmington and Brandywine Cemetery.

"Ethel Mildred Lea" who was born on February 14, 1882. Ethel married a man named Campbell and had a daughter named Mary Price Campbell (born August 1909)
