Notes for Jacob Way HARVEY
Jacob W. Harvey was a noted and able teacher. He was superintendant of the schools of Chester Co. for several terms, and in 1890 was in charge of the schools of New London. He learned the trade of bricklayer and followed it for a number of years in Philadelphia.
