To son Thomas all my lands in E. Caln, except tract of 110 acres, 49 perches, which I purchased of heirs of Warrick Miller, in trust for William Pimm. To daughter Hannah, wife of Isaac Coates, £500. Also £500 in trust for use of daughter Mary, wife of William Pimm. To my 4 daughters, Rebecca, Grace, Elizabeth and Lydia
£500 each. To 5 grandchildren, Ann, Rachel, Mary and Lydia Pimm £50 to be divided at 18. Codicil gives to
daughter Mary Pim, the Miller tract of 110 acres, 49 perches at valuation of £300, and gives 3 tracts of land
purchased of James Chalfant and Ann Chalfant, widow, in W. Bradford to daughters Rebecca Coates and
Grace Valentine. Executors: Son Thomas, sons-in-law Isaac Coates and William Woodward. Wit. To Codicil:
