Notes for Sarah PEARSON
Sarah Beman appeared in Randolph County in the 1810 Federal census (page 6), with a male aged under 10 and two females. In November 1810 Sarah Beaman, murderer, was held in the constable's home until she could travel to the county gaol (Randolph County Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions, November 1810 Court, page 205). In February 1811 the coroner was paid for holding a jury
of inquest over the body of Sarah Beaman's deceased infant
