Jean Hayes, widow, petitioned for guardiands for Archibald, John, David,

William Hayes, under 14 years of age.

Under large bio on Hayes it gives: Joseph Hayes married Jean Woodward,
daughter of Richard of West Bradford, and settled on part of his father's
land. He died, 1748, leaving issue, Isaac; Henry; Abigal; Joseph; Caleb &
Ruth.
