Executors to sell land in Birmingham and all remainder of estate to 5 daughters, viz., Hannah, Phebe, Sarah, Lydia and Ann Woodward, share and share alike. Uncle Richard Woodward to have the house and 3 acres of land where he now dwells until son Eli is 21. Executors: Wife Lydia and friend John Webster.
