Chester, formerly belonging to Phineas Eachus, except 6 acres given to sons Benjamin and George and 1 acre hereinafter devised, he paying legacies. To daughter Mary Smedley, a lot in W. Chester, adjoining lot given to Ann Fawkes, also £50. To grandson Isaiah Matlack, son of Jesse, 1 acre to be surveyed off the 28 acres bequeathed to son Jonathan. Remainder to Jonathan. Exec: Sons Benjamin, George, Jonathan.
