Notes for Kenneth E. FOLKER
Kenneth E. Folker, 59, of Oxford, Pa., died suddenly on Monday June 27, 2011 at his home.
He was born in Oxford, the son of the late Charles F. and Gladys P. Mendenhall Folker.
Kenny was a CDL driver for the past 20 years. He worked for the last six years at Schagrin Gas Co. in West Grove, Pa. and had also worked for Asplundh Tree Expert Co. and Swift Transportation Corp.
He was a member of F.O.E. #2666 of Oxford. He was a Harley-Davidson and a classic car enthusiast, but most important to Kenny was his family, especially his daughters, granddaughters, brothers and sister. He especially liked going out with his girls for crab dinners.
Kenny is survived by his daughters, Jennifer (wife of Matthew Telep) and Kendra David; his granddaughters Makenzie, Jadyn, Jordan, and Skylar all of Rising Sun Md; his siblings, John (husband of Gloria) of Strasburg, Pa., Shirley (wife of William Doss) of Charlestown, Md., and James (husband of Donna) of Lititz, Pa. and Martin (companion of Denise Kelly) of Oxford; several nieces, nephews and all of his extended family.
The family thanks everyone for their prayers, love and support.
A celebration of Kenny's life took place on July 5, 2011 at the F.O.E. #2666 410 South Street Oxford, PA 19363.
