Notes for Woodrow Wilson HARLAN
Woodrow Wilson Harlan, 77, of Harrisburg, died Saturday in Blue Ridge Haven West, East Pennsboro Twp.
He was a retired meat cutter for the former P&J Markets, Steelton; a World War II Army Air Corps veteran; a member of Steelton VFW Post 710 and Disabled American Veterans; and a volunteer at the B'nai B'rith Apartments convenience store.
Surviving are his wife, Ruth Jenkins Harlan; two sons, James A. and Robert L., both of Harrisburg; two daughters, Shirley A. Bohner and June E. Dodd, both of Harrisburg; three sisters, Esther Schaffer of Beaufort, S.C., Sarah E. Neubaum of Harrisburg and Mildred Shader of Mechanicsburg; and two grandchildren.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Neill Funeral Home, Paxtang. Burial with military honors will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Lower Paxton Twp.
Viewing will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, Dauphin Unit, 1500 N. Second St., Harrisburg 17102.
