Notes for Jean TOWNER
Jean T. Yarnall, 89 of West Chester, PA died Monday June 6, 2016 at Paoli Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of the late Randall C. Yarnall. Born February 22, 1927 in Baltimore, MD she was the daughter of the late William Towner and the late Ethel Jones Towner. She was a graduate of Jefferson University School of Nursing, Philadelphia, PA. She was a homemaker and volunteered for several years at the Chester County Hospital in West Chester. She enjoyed boating, fishing, gardening and her dogs. She is survived by her children, Judy A. Martin (Jack) of Clearwater, FL, Joan M. Yarnall, V.M.D. of West Chester, PA, Jill L. Hicks (William) of Lewes, DE, Joyce A. Abel (Robin) of Monrovia, MD, Jane L. Niven (Michael) of East Fallowfield, PA, Randall C. Yarnall, Jr. (Jean) of Downingtown, PA; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Jamie L. Hicks. Services and Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made Chester County Hospital Foundation, 701 E. Marshall Street, West Chester, PA 19380.
