She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard A. Twaddell. Barbara is survived by her son Michael Twaddell and his wife Robin, her sister, Carol Highfield, her brother, Thomas Welch and his wife Karen and her granddaughter, Alexandra and several nieces and nephews.
A committal service will be held on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 2465 Chesapeake City Road, Bear, DE 19701
