Helen Warner Schaffer

Mrs. Helen Warner Schaffer, aged 27, of 508 East Howard street, died in her home at 11 o'clock Tuesday morning after a month's illness with heart trouble. She was born in South Bend Jan. 30, 1909, and lived her life here.

She was married here in 1930 to Robert W. Schaffer, who survives her. She leaves also three children, Joyce, Audrey and Roland; a sister, Mrs. W. S. Phillips, of South Bend, and a brother, Theodore H. Warner, of Mishawaka.

The body will lie in the L. W. McGann chapel and the funeral will take place and the funeral will take place at 9 o'clock Friday morning from St. Joseph's Roman Catholic church. Rev. J. J. O'Rourke, C.S.C., pastor will sing the requiem mass and burial will be in Highland cemetery.
