Notes for Robert G. YARNALL
Robert G. Yarnall, Sr., of Kimberton, passed away peacefully in his home on January 11, 2017. He was 89 years old. Born in Middletown Township, Delaware County to the late Harvey and Elizabeth (Patchell) Yarnall, he was the beloved husband of Neda B. (Adam) Yarnall and ex-wife Polly Anne (Price) Yarnall.
Mr. Yarnall was the Founder and CEO of Kimbertal Kennels, which he proudly ran for 54 years. Kimbertal Kennels remains in operation today specializing in quality Doberman Pinchers and Rottweilers. He was a World War II veteran, having served in occupied Germany in the U.S. Army Air Force. He was a consummate entrepreneur, businessman and dog lover. He was a loving husband and beloved father. He will be dearly missed by all.
In addition to his wife and ex-wife, Mr. Yarnall is survived by his sister, Nancy (Bobbit); five children, Harvey, Robert Jr., Paul, Portia and Margaret; three stepchildren, Joe, Kathy and Mark; 12 grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. He is also predeceased by his brothers, Harvey, Ernest and William.
