age 83, of Kennett Square, died Wednesday July 2 at her home. She was the wife of the late John "Jack" J. Cloud, who died in 2006 and with whom she shared 50 years of marriage.
Born in Belfast, Northern Ireland, she was a daughter of the late William and Agnes F. Rea Crawford.
Molly was a longtime member of the Kennett Square Presbyterian Church, where she was a deacon, and active in the Ruth Circle bible study with some of her closest friends. She enjoyed swimming at the Kennett Area YMCA. She also enjoyed spending time with her family at their vacation home on the Elk River.
Survivors include one daughter, Sharon DiFilippo and her husband Timothy of Kennett Square; one grand daughter, Jennifer R. DiFilippo of Kennett and one grandson, Steven DiFilippo of West Grove; three sisters, Nessie Cornman of Greens-burg, Pa., Sheila Rice of England, Patricia Purkiss and her husband Keith of England; one sister in law, Louise Wallner and her husband Charles of Kennett Square; and her father in law, Joseph Cloud of Kennett Square.
She was predeceased by a brother John and one sister Lily.
A funeral service celebrating Molly's life was held Wednesday, July 9 at The Presbyterian Church of Kennett Square, 211 South Broad St., Kennett Square, PA 19348. Interment will be held privately.
