Spicer, 95, formerly of Schwenckfeld Manor in Towamencin, died July 14, 2007 in the Masonic Home in Lafayette Hill. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert H. Spicer. Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Walter and Fanny Rodgers. She was the loving mother of Albert H. Spicer Jr. and his wife, Eileen, Judith L. Mower and her husband, Earl, and the late Alma Thompson, wife of John, who survives. She was the dear grandmother of Matthew and John Thompson, Bob and Brian Mower, Christina Spicer Niggeman, and Carolyn, Daniel and David Spicer, and eight greatgrandchildren. Relatives and friends may call after 10:30 AM, Friday, July 20 and are invited to join the family in a celebration of life service at 11:30 AM in the Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine Ave., Lansdale.
