Notes for Crawford Pyle WORRELL

Crawford P. "Whitey" Worrell, 89, of the Linwood section of Lower Chichester, a carpenter and loving father and grandfather, died May 25 at Springfield Hospital.

Born in Upper Providence, Mr. Worrell was a carpenter for Allied Chemical Corp. in Claymont, Del., for 40 years, retiring in 1975.

He was the father of the late Donald Worrell, who died in 1999, and Juanita Dulin, who died in 2000, and the brother of the late Viola Smyers, who also died May 25. He was the son of the late William and Lillian White Worrell.

Survivors: Wife of 69 years, Gladys M. Rhodes Worrell daughter, Constance Krauss of Swedesboro, N.J. brother, William Worrell of Boothwyn sisters, Florence Davis of Greenville, Pa., Lillian Kaefer of West Chester eight grandchildren seven great-grandchildren.
