Donald Wesley Pyle, 56, a resident of Annapolis died on Monday, January 19 at his home. Born on December 15, 1958 in Chicago, IL, Don received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Delaware. He was renowned for his incredible track record in the tech industry. Humble and brilliant, Don possessed a special leadership quality that lifted others to seek accomplishments beyond what they originally thought possible. Every business in which he invested time and energy was hugely successful. Don loved his family, especially his grandchildren who called him Pop-Pop. He also was a huge fan of the Ravens, Orioles and Delaware Blue Hens Lacrosse. His hobbies included fishing, boating, travel, golf, skiing and spending time with his family and friends. Don was the beloved husband of the late Sandra A. Pyle; stepfather of Randy (Stacey) Boone of Riva, MD and Clint (Eve) Boone of Annapolis, MD; son of Nancy Pyle of Annapolis, MD; brother of Sher (Steve) Grogg of New York; grandfather of the late Lexi, Katie, Charlotte and Wes Boone, also survived by a grandson. Funeral services will be private.
