Husband of Emmeline (Morrison) Quein. Son of James Quein and Elizabeth (Klingaman) Quein.

"ROBERT QUEIN

Robert Quein, a well known and highly respected citizen of the Fourth district, died early Tuesday morning at the home of his son-in-law, George W. Biles, at "Brick Hill". He had contracted a cold, which resulted in heart failure, causing his death. He was in his eighty-fifth year.

Mr. Quein was a native of Pennsylvania, but for many years followed the vocation of a farmer in this county. For the past two decades he had made his home with his daughter, Mrs. Biles. He is survived by three children-John Quein, of near Fair Hill; Amos Quein, of Beatrice Nebraska; and Mrs. George W. Biles.

The funeral will be held Friday afternoon, with services at the residence of his son-in-law, Mr. Biles, at two o'clock. Interment at Sharp's Cemetery."
