Notes for Elizabeth ZEBLEY
Elizabeth (Zebley) Twaddell
Age 97, passed away peacefully on October 31, 2014.
She was born in Delaware and grew up on the family farm in Beaver Valley. She was very passionate about nature and protecting open space. She loved to travel and see other parts of the world. She loved her family and friends and was happiest when spending time with them.
Elizabeth is survived by her children, Karen McDevitt, Eileen Mutschler, Sandra D'Eramo and Clifford Twaddell; her sisters, Marian Zebley and Helen Dawson. Also left to cherish her memory are 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and numerous extended family and friends.
A Funeral Service will be held at the McCrery and Harra Funeral Home, 3924 Concord Pike, Wilmington, DE 19803 at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday November 4, 2014, where family and friends are invited to call after 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Chester Bethel Cemetery on Foulk Road.
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations in Elizabeth's memory to the Brandywine Conservancy, Rts 1 and 100, Chadds Ford, PA 19317.
