Notes for Howard Winfield PYLE

Howard W. Pyle, 53, a Lower Chichester resident, died Friday in Veterans Administration Hospital, Elsmere,
Del.
He had lived at 1547 Market St., Linwood, for 19 years. He was born in Lower Chichester and attended local schools.
He was employed as a chemical. operator for the Baker and Adamson Works of Allied Chemical Corp., Marcus Hook.
He was a member of the St. Joseph's Order, Knights of Columbus, and of Holy Savior Chichester.
He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II in the European Theater.
He is survived by his wife, the former Beatrice A. June; three sons, Howard and Ricci of Lower Chichester and Michael at home; four daughters, Mrs.Martha Borcky of Chester, Mrs.Donna Wroten of Wilmington, Del., and Constance and Wilhelmina, both at home; three brothers, Thomas and
Alfred of Chester and Robert of Wilmington; one sister, Mrs. Mae Buckalew of Chester; and 11 grandchildren.
The funeral will be 9 a.m. Tuesday at the Ward Funeral Home, 1459 Market "St., Lower Chichester. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. at Holy Savior Church. Burial will be in Immaculate Heart Cemetery,Upper Chichester.
