William Green Ridgway III of Medford, passed away Monday, Nov. 18, 2013, at the Cinnaminson Home. He was 82
Born in Germantown, Pa., Bill resided in Moorestown and Medford most of his life.
He retired from Rohm & Haas as a designer. Bill proudly served his country in the U.S. Naval reserves, and attended the Philadelphia College of Art. He enjoyed doing yard work and gardening at home.
Husband of the late Joan Ridgway, he is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, William G. IV and Jennie Ridgway, Thomas B. and Sally Ridgway, and Robert D. and Janine Ridgway; his daughter and son-in-law, Frances K. and Edward Lutz; his brother, Ben Ridgway; his sister and brother-in-law, Lucia and Rev. William LeConey; his sister-in-law, Shirley Ridgway; ten grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call on Friday, November 22, 2013, from 10-11AM, at the Mathis Funeral Home, 58 N. Main St., Medford, NJ. A Memorial service will follow at 11AM, at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Mt. Holly Cemetery, Mt. Holly, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Bill's memory to the Alzheimer's Association, 399 Market St., Suite 102, Philadelphia, PA 19106. Mathis Funeral Home
