Notes for Marianna J. KIRK
Marianne Kirk House Marianne Kirk House was born on August 12, 1921 in Upper Darby, PA, the daughter of Horace Clifford and Sarah Mary Kirk. A birthright Quaker, Marianne grew up in Upper Darby and Glen Mills. She graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor's degree in Business in 1944.
Mrs. House was a homemaker and substitute teacher in business for many years in Bristol Township schools. She was predeceased by her husband of 67 years, Hayward Jule House, her daughter Rebecca Louise House, her sisters Elizabeth Templin and Caroline Nesbitt, and her brothers H. Clifford Kirk, Jr. and Leroy Bortell.
Survivors: Her children Elizabeth House McClung and her husband Kent, David House and his wife Dana, H. Kirk House and his wife Eileen, grandchildren Heather Lauren House, Danielle House, Brian House and Kristin House, a number of nieces and nephews and many dear friends. Memorial service: Will be held at Fallsington Friends Meeting.
