Notes for Andrew J. MCCUE
Andrew J. McCue, 71, a longtime resident of Avondale and West Grove, died unexpectedly Saturday at Jennersville Regional Hospital. The Chester County coroner ruled his death a suicide.
McCue was a truck driver for McGreary Grain, Lancaster, for more than 27 years.
A veteran of the U.S. Army, he was a military policeman from 1954 to 1956.
He was a 1949 graduate of Kennett High School.
McCue was a member of New London Masonic Lodge No. 545 and a former member of London Grove Grange.
Born in West Chester, he was the son of the late Harold P. and Anna Armstrong McCue.
He was married to Frances B. McCue for 44 years.
Surviving besides his wife are a brother, Donald A. of Plymouth Meeting; and a sister, Carolyn M. Rispoli of Hockessin, Del.
