Notes for Doris Lurman STEWART
WEAR DORIS (nee Stewart), died peacefully at her home in Cecilton MD on Feb. 8, 2003; beloved wife of the late William Potter Wear. She was the mother of Elsie Stockwell, Joseph Wear, Nancy Polk, Priscilla Ellsworth and Adaline Smyth and the grandmother of 15 and great grandmother of 12. A Memorial Service will be held at the Church of the Redeemer, Pennswood and New Gulph Rds, Bryn Mawr PA on Thursday Feb. 27th at 11 A.M. Interment private. In lieu of flfowers Contributions in her name may be made to Greener Pastures Equine Sanctuary, 1341 Bohemia Mill Rd, Middletown DE 19709.
