Thomas Leroy Zebley Sr., 61, of Lewes, Del., died May 2 at Beebe Medical Center in Lewes.
A resident of Trainer for 16 years, Mr. Zebley lived in Lewes for the last two years. He worked as a truck driver for James J. Skelley in Media for 27 years, was a member of the American Legion Post 28 in Millsboro, Del., and was a former president of the Band Association of Garnet Valley High School. Mr. Zebley was the son of Baldwin Talley Zebley, who died in 1975, and Edith Lane Quinn Zebley, who died in 1948.
Survivors: Wife, Janet Lawrence Jablonski Zebley; daughters, Linda McDaniel of Bethel, Francine Lawrence of Aston; son, Thomas L. Zebley Jr. of Wilmington, Del.; stepson, Howard Lawrence of Upper Chichester; stepdaughter, Patricia Lawrence of Trainer; sister, Agnes Edith Pennington of New Castle, Del.; brothers, Eber Yarnell Zebley of Upper Chichester, Howard Ellis Zebley of Middletown, Norman William Zebley of Edgewood, Md.; four grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren.
Burial: Chester Bethel Cemetery, Wilmington.
