To son Powell plantation bought of John Ferde in Bethel, containing 150 acres, also plantation bought of Sheriff Gibbons, containing 98 acres, paying £300 to son Curtis and daughters Hannah and Elizabeth. To son Curtis all my houses and lots in Marcus Hook, also lots in Bethel and in New Castle Co. Also to 2 sons all my right to vacant lands that falls to me from my grandfather William Clayton. Remainder of personal to daughters Hannah and Elizabeth when son Curtis is 21. Executor: Son Powell.
