JEFFERIS, JACOB PIERCE, 72, of St. Petersburg died Monday (April 17, 1989). He came here in 1972 from his native West Chester, Pa., where he was a farmer. Locally, he was a member of the First Church of the Brethren. Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Magdalena; two daughters, Gladys Ann Frame, Stowe, Pa., and Jill Susann Carr, Philadelphia; two sons, Pierce Allen, Pennsylvania, and Nelson Lamar, Largo; a brother, Jeffe III, Douglas, Ariz.; a sister, Ruth Stoneback, Lake Panasoffkee; and nine grandchildren. Mathews-Palms Memorial Funeral Home, St. Petersburg.
