Notes for Charles Evans Jr. PUSEY

PUSEY CHARLES EVANS, JR.
89, died December 1, 2018. He was a resident of White Horse Village, Newtown Square, and lived for many years in Berwyn. Charles was born April 18, 1929 in Chester, PA to Charles Evans and Jane Downing Pusey.
Chuck attended Lansdowne High School, graduating from Tredyffrin-Easttown High School, Class of 1947. He earned a BA in History from Williams College, Class of 1951, on a basketball scholarship.
A week after graduating, Chuck married his high school sweetheart, and love of his life, Nancy Wagner. He served in the US Navy from 1952-1954.
Chuck was a highly respected real estate broker/owner/agent with a career spanning more than 65 years. He specialized in land development and had a passion for building relation-ships, mentoring and creating successful outcomes for his partners and clients across the real estate landscape in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
Chuck is survived by his daughters Kathryn P. Artzerounian of Chester Springs; Jane P. Weisman (Stuart) of Princeton, MA; his son Hobson C. Pusey (Nancy) of Chester Springs; his brother Richard (Marty); his sister Jane; 7 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
Chuck's passions included basketball, tennis, birding, bridge, travel, and story-telling. He served on the boards of Strafford School PTA, Willistown Conservation Trust, Chester County Historical Society, Friends of the Caleb Pusey House, and the T-E Old Timers Club.
Family and friends are welcome to attend a celebration service of his life on Saturday, December 8, 2018, at 2 P.M., at Paoli Presbyterian Church, 225 South Valley Road, Paoli, PA.
