Elizabeth was born to parents Pennell Peters and Mary Elizabeth Twaddell. She first married David S. Janvier November 7, 1877 in Chester, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. They had three children, Blanche, Charles and Howard. Son Charles died as an infant. Husband David died in 1893. She then married George Pickering about 1895. After George died she married Josiah Dixon or Dickson on November 29, 1913 in Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. After he died she married Charles Dunham on February 14, 1920 in Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. She died of coronary occlusion and chronic myocarditis.
