Notes for Arthur Philip II YEATMAN

Arthur P. Yeatman II of Oxford Arthur P. Yeatman, II passed away at home on Sunday, Nov. 11, 2012. He was 84 years old. Born in West Grove, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Clarence Pennock Yeatman and the late Marjorie Brosius Yeatman. Artie was a dairy farmer and mushroom grower. He served for many years as treasurer of the C.P. Yeatman & Sons Mushroom Farm. He is survived by his wife, June Valerie Yeatman (previously Arnold), C. James Yeatman, Elisabeth Y. Walker, Robert R. Yeatman, and many nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by his wife, Shirley Boggs Yeatman and his son, Arthur Philip Yeatman, III. He will also be sadly missed by his four step children and their families. Friends are invited to share at a memorial service celebrating Artie's life at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 24, at London Grove Friends Meeting, 500 West Street Road, Kennett Square. Light refreshments will follow. In lieu of flowers please consider donating to Artie's almost lifelong passions - School of Living, Quaker's FCNL, Henry George Institute, and promoting peace, simple living and his organic gardening philosophy.
