Moved from Swarthmore, Delaware County, Pennsylvania to Billings, Montana where Homer worked in the Land Development office of the Canadian Pacific Railroad.Later moved to Spokane, Washington where his son Simmons died in 1926. Later moved to Calgary, Alberta, Canada until his retirement from Canadian Pacific. Moved to Burbank, California after retirement.
