W. Frances Grubb(P6-36) (August 1864 - March 11, 1938) was a noted Philadelphia area photographer who lived at 220 West Chestnut Street, West Chester, Pennsylvania. A century later, his photographs frequently appear in antique shows. Frances also operated a taxi business in West Chester. He married Margaret May Rapp (July 1869 - February 15, 1920 daughter of Thomas J. Rapp. She was born in Iowa and moved to Chester County as a child. They had three sons.
