Notes for Jesse Willis Jr. YEARSLEY

J. Willis Yearsley, 92, of West Chester, died at home on Saturday, Sept. 18, 2010.
He was the husband of Fran Baker Yearsley and the late Grace R. Yearsley, who died in 1993.
Born in West Chester, he was the son of the late Willis J. and Mabel R. Pyle Yearsley.
He was the owner of M.S. Yearsley and Sons Inc., West Chester.
He was a charter member of the Exchange Club of West Chester.
He maintained a cottage in Charlestown, Md., since 1941, where he enjoyed spending his leisure time boating.
In addition to his wife, Willis is survived by his children, Bill Yearsley and Irky Yearsley (Barb), both of West Chester, and Denise Yearsley (Michael) of St. Pete Beach, Fla.; five grandchildren, Jeanne Yearsley-Mezger, Tim Yearsley, Jesse Yearsley, Tammy Hayman and Michael Ranck; and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 24, at the Founds Funeral Home Inc., 229 S. High St., West Chester, 610-696-0134, where friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
Interment will be in Birmingham-Lafayette Cemetery.
