Notes for Floral M. WEBSTER
Floral (Webster) Steele, 94, of Conshohocken, a retired bookkeeper, died on Monday, July 5, 2010.
She was born in Conshohocken on Jan. 9, 1916 daughter of the late Isaac C. and Flora (Staley) Webster.
Floral graduated from the former Conshohocken High School.
She was a parishioner of Calvary Church in Conshohocken.
She was employed as a secretary and bookkeeper for C & D Battery in Conshohocken, Daub’s Hardware in Bridgeport and the Montgomery County Courthouse.
She loved gardening and all things to do with flowers and plants.
She is survived by a brother Robert Webster of West Norriton; three grandsons: Gary of Pottstown, Stephen (Sharon) of King of Prussia and John (Michelle) of Norristown; 10 great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by a son Frank M. Dana Jr.; four brothers: Emerson C., Samuel, Herbert and Daniel; and a grandson James.
Funeral services will be held privately at the request of the family on Friday, July 9. Interment is at George Washington Memorial Park in Whitemarsh.
